If you request access to Corpus, we may collect information such as your name, email address, role, company, the tools you use, and the workflows or situations you want Corpus to help with.
If you are invited to use the Corpus product and choose to connect third-party tools, Corpus may process the work context you authorize, such as emails, calendar events, documents, messages, file names, metadata, prompts, generated summaries, drafts, follow-ups, and action history. We use this information to provide Corpus features, such as summaries, drafts, situation tracking, follow-ups, and Auto-Pilot.
02. How we use your information
At Corpus, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. When you submit your information through our website or LinkedIn form, we collect basic contact details (such as name, email, and company) to follow up with you regarding your interest in our product.
We use your information to review access requests, contact you about Corpus, provide demos or product access, support onboarding, operate the product, improve reliability, and communicate with you about updates, billing, support, or feedback.
We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted service providers to help us operate Corpus, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, AI model providers, payment processors, and customer support tools. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

03. AI processing
Corpus uses AI models to generate summaries, drafts, recommendations, and other outputs. If you use the product, your prompts and relevant work context may be processed by AI model and infrastructure providers that help us provide these features.
We do not use your connected emails, documents, calendar events, or private work messages to train public AI models.
04. Connected tools
If you connect tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, or similar services, Corpus may access the data you authorize so it can provide the product. You can disconnect integrations at any time, but some features may stop working.
Corpus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google's Limited Use requirements apply to data obtained through specified Google API scopes and limit use to user-facing features, with restrictions on transfers.
05. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
06. Deletion / disconnecting
You may request deletion of your account or connected data by contacting us. You may also disconnect integrations at any time. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, backup, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
